What is it with all the logos going to lower case?
Now the Arby’s logo is lower case, including the “A”, which is grammatically incorrect.
I’ve heard lower case is easier to read, which is why a lot of street signs are being changed. But logos aren’t even meant to be read, they’re meant to be recognized. Kids know the Toys Backwards “R” Us before they can read.
Lower case letter are friendlier. Wal-Mart, Sears, so many other companies used to have logos in caps, then someone turned off the caps lock.

Somehow, all caps is intimidating. Lower case or just Caps case seems less so, more informal.
Not that anything else about the companies have changed.
