This is one of those films that a good or bad review is not going to change too many minds.  People who have already decided it’ll suck will not be swayed by good reviews - they’ll declare the critic doesn’t know the characters well enough to make an informed judgement.

That will be the same argument by people predisposed to liking the film in the face of bad reviews.

So the benefit of reviews is effectively nil.
