I think that he seriously misjudged the audience he was speaking to, and the long reach of the internet.

But I also think that, for all of the outrage and outcry, it won’t prevent a one of you from seeing BATMAN V. SUPERMAN.

But it might well affect the placement of his name in the credits if they don’t come up with a good spin.

Probably won’t make as big a crater as James Gunn’s frooferau when they found a two-year old post on his blog and acted like he’d eaten fried Irish babies.
